    Hi all! 

    I am happy to announce this upcoming feature. We are visualizing the concept of Identifier claim through iconography on the Profile Panel and External Contacts and Organizations Management UIs. This feature allows users to understand which identifiers are claimed by a contact and assign or reassign social, email and phone identifiers.

    What's New: 

    Intuitive Iconography: We are adding icons to show which identifiers belong and do not belong to a contact 

    New Modal: We are adding the ability to repoint an identifier claim from one contact to another and the ability to assign an identifier claim to a contact via a modal External Contacts and Organizations Management UI.

    Attached is PowerPoint to help you get acquainted with the new updates. As always, we welcome your feedback and look forward to hearing your thoughts on this exciting update which will go live from the 12th of August 2024. I will continue to post updates in this thread so that you know exactly when to expect changes!

    Status update on the availability of this feature. The new launch timeline will be from the 9th of September 2024 instead of the 12th of August.

    Yes, this only applies to the Single Customer View, specifically the Profile Panel and External Contacts Views.
