    Hey,

So we support a company and back the support off to Genesys, the company in question use a third party dialler, which they click to dial rather than automatic dialling, so they don't use the outbound campaign feature.

They have an issue where they cannot block a user from being dialled even if they have opted out, Speaking to genesys they have said they will log a feature request for this, but as a work around we can put numbers inside the number plan to block from dialling but were unable to offer me any support on doing this and pointed me to here instead.

I've had a look myself and found calling and called numbers on the trunk, but looks like this can only block three numbers?

Anyone any idea on how this can be done?

    Thanks in advance

It looks like a number plan of type E.164 will let you put in quite a few entries, I got bored after adding 15.

    Thanks Jason,

I'm a bit confused by it to be honest, i've looked at the number plan and tried putting my own mobile in as restricted and ringing it from my console phone and it's still letting me ring.

We've tried adding it to a number plan but can't figure out how to actually block it from being made.. any tips?

    Thanks
