Thanks for the reply Paul, I figured it out by adding the group to the queue, once the queue had the group assigned, then I can see the drop down for them. This was not in any of the documentation unfortunately.

Subject: Conditional group routing (CGR) No groups showing up to select?
Hi Luke,
I'm not sure but the reason you can't see the queues and skill expression groups in the drop down may be that they are in different divisions. When testing CGR we found that all the queues and skill expression groups need to be assigned to the same division.

Subject: Conditional group routing (CGR) No groups showing up to select?
Hi everyone, I was curious if anyone may know the requirements for CGR, for some reason when testing a queue with CGR, I don't have any way to search for the groups or work teams within the drop down, it's just blank. I checked the permissions, I have all permissions assigned, anyone know what I could be missing for this?
Thanks!
Luke
