Hello,
We are configuring in Edge for PureCloud with a Client that has Nat to pass the voice calls to the Edge, which is generating a problem that the Edge cuts the call sending a Bye at the trace level, and is not allowing pass the voice
We have mounted a gateway with the configuration nat = yes and this allows us to pass the voice without problem and the Edge does not cut the call.
The question is, can you configure an external trunk with the configuration nat = yes or similiar so that this allows the call to pass through a nat ?, or if there is some customized configuration in the external trunk?
