Hi there,
Request your help integrating the Microsoft Power VA with the Genesys bot connector. I have followed all instructions given in the link Use Web Messaging with Genesys Bot Connector and Microsoft Power VA (Virtual Agent)] and got the bot recognized in architect. However, when attempting to use the web messenger, I notice that my bot does not work, i m logging the error also in Genesys Cloud, getting as InternalServiceError, and the message is " The bot session has failed."
Appreciate your help at the earliest.

Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate. Server side errors, such as the InternalServiceError, can only be investigated by Care.

Hi Smith,
We are now able to connect with Microsoft Power virtual Agent from Genesys cloud successfully and initiate a chat. but the now challenge is end the conversation and send the parameters back to genesys architect.
we have a Account information intent, once the intent is identified we are using a question block to collect the account number in co pilot studio, the moment customer enters a accountnumber in gensesys web messenger tool, it gives a fallback question.
Request your help on this, we have already gone through the Hand off to Genesys document from microsoft and made necessary changes in the API and Bot definition.
