I have some question about consult call in genesys cloud.
From the image, it's not clear which lines represent customers and which ones represent consultants. Is there anything we can display to help users differentiate between customer and consultant lines?
I can see that. I added an idea for this: Show external caller info and agent name | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
The top will always be the agent, but labels would help.
