Hi,
I'm getting the following error when I try to do a consult transfer
After doing some research I found out that it's not working when there is an extra IVR participant in the call otherwise, it's working perfectly. This extra Placeholder IVR is required for my application to work. I'm adding it as soon as the agent picks up the call.
