Good morning Community:
I appreciate your help and guidance in order to solve a problem with a Script we designed in Genesys Cloud.
In that Script we set different Consult Transfer buttons to External DID numbers and also different Blind Transfer buttons to Genesys Cloud Queues.
1. When we clicked a Consult Transfer button to External DID number from the Script, and then cancelled it in order to Transfer to a Queue by clicking one of the Blind Transfer buttons, it worked well and then it transfered the call to that Queue.
2. But, when we clicked a Consult Transfer button to External DID number from the Script, and then cancelled it in order to make another Transfer to an External DID by clicking another of the Consult Transfer buttons, it did not work because of a unknown failure.
Would you please give us suggestions about how to get the second (2) use case done? It would be possible to get done or Genesys Cloud only admits make only Consult Transfer to External DID once per call?
