Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

I started down path to create button that runs data action that iniiates consult.  however, this does not seem to work in scripts due to client credentials issues.  

Then I tried to use the scripter.initiateConsult, however, I want the Agent and the customer to hear the message on the queue we are transferring (consulting to).  There is also no way to complete the transfer once the agent hears proper flow running.

any thoughts around this?
