We have a contact list column called 'Campaign Member ID'. We have mapped this to Salesforce through the activity field mapping section of the installed package. I am seeing values in the contact list export from GenesysCloud however the task records in Salesforce being created for calls do not have this value populated.
I am thinking it could be because of the spaces in the name. Is this possible? Perhaps it needs underscores?
Currently it looks like 'Participant.Campaign Member ID'
