Use case: Agents are dialing contacts from contact list manually (start conversation button) but in this case when it's not a campaign call but a manual call the wrap up code and time of the last call attempt is not updated by the system. Custom columns of contact list are updated by using an API endpoint.
We are looking for a solution to update the last call attempt and last call result system columns with the values of the manual call.
Is this possible ? I couldn't find any API endpoints capable to update the system columns of contact list.
