Good day Team,
We are experiencing an issue where, Purecloud is failing to update the Survey Completed Wrap up if the previous Wrap-Up was Scheduled-Callback. This issue seems to happen only if a call was scheduled to a number that is not on the contactlist, What could be causing this issue, and any idea how we can fix it?
