    Hi Forum,

    I have a problem related to the preview campaign: I have a system that imports, via API, the contacts every N hours.

    I noticed that some contacts are processed by the campaign immediately after their import, other contacts are never processed. Only if I do the recycling are these contacts processed.

    what motivation can there be for this behavior?
