Love the new Content Search view in performance section. However, we are having a hard time with the exact search. if we put in Do Not Call as exact phrase, it pulls back all calls where the caller/agent say the words Do, Not, Call, but not necessarily in phrase format. I have tried in quotes, single quotes, etc. no avai. . any thoughts.
