    Hi All,

    Are any other permissions required to view the "Content search" option under the performance tab:

    • Recording > Recording >View
    • Analytics > Conversation Detail > View 

    I have the above necessary permissions as listed in the resource center article , but unable to view the option under the performance tab.

    Any help on this would be much appreciated.

    Apart from the above permission you need to enable transcript and content search under speech and text Analytics. 

    Also to get Speech and text Analytics, you need to enable that feature from the integration section.

    We actually have the same issue.  We have Genesys Voice Transcription as an active integration, we've enabled the search and all permissions are assigned.  Still can't see the columns for sentiment analysis.

    Hey Bethany, it appears our doc update has slipped out a little prematurely. The Sentiment columns are coming very soon! When they are released, there will be no additional permissions required.

    Those columns are in Beta now and plan to go GA on September 8th.

    I know there is a process where on request, we can get Beta version configured for specific org.

    Can you please let us know if it is possible to configure beta into our non Prod org ?

    Hi Anurag,

    Thanks for your response. We had the integration , transcript and content search enabled already but were still unable to see the option in the performance view menu.

    The "Content View" option appeared after assigning below permissions in our case :

    Routing > transcriptionSettings > View
    Speech and Text Analytics > Settings > All
