Could someone please enlighten me on what Genesys Cloud uses contentsquare for?

Thanks I had already read that article but that doesn't really explain what/why/where fully from an InfoSec audit type perspective. Especially given that the contentsquare domain last I checked wasn't added to the URL white list for firewall changes.
Did you open the ticket with Care? Maybe (read hope) they can give you more details.
My experience with care tells me they'll direct me back to the community or the request will bounce around in limbo for weeks and they'll simply copy and paste the same article I've already read 😊
