Can someone help me on how we can continue the web messaging session if there are multiple sub domains configured for the website.

Hello - we are evaluating that feature as future improvement, here's the corresponding Idea: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-998 Currently session identifiers are stored in browser's localStorage which provides the highest level of security. We are evaluating other configurable options to enhance session persistence.

The work hasn't started yet, but you can track roadmap directly from previous link. It is unlikely to happen this year.
