Scripter and Interaction ID Issues:
- When call starts, and the scripter passes the scripter custom page the Interaction ID.
- Trying to use PureCloud Conversation Analytics API to gather the conversation details and get a list of participants for the provided Interaction ID.
PureCloud Conversation Analytics API FAILS to find the interaction for the provided Interaction Id (provided to the script by Pure Cloud) in a consistent manner. Waiting an undetermined amount of time, the conversation is found but is inconsistent. Sometimes takes a few minutes, sometimes a few seconds.
The assumption would be that if there is a Interaction Id passed to the scripter by Pure Cloud since it’s a active interaction PureCloud Conversation Analytics API should provide interaction details for that interaction.

It sounds like you're reporting missing data in PureCloud; this cannot be investigated via the forum as it pertains to customer-specific data. Please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate. They will need an example conversation ID and correlation ID from the response demonstrating the missing data issue.

No they are reporting that at times a live conversation is not being seen via the API.
