Hi all
When running /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId} Some of our flows IDs are not showing up in the Participants section
Under participants, the Purpose and Participant Type is IVR, but under name: "New Zealand" Under Divisions>Entities it lists the Flow ID, but with multiple flows having this issue I don't know which ones it relates to.
This happens on multiple different Flows, usually with very short duration times. I swear this didn't use to happen.
Has anyone seen this before or know why this would be happening, and what we can do to fix it? Happy to raise a customer case if needed, but thought I would reach out here first.

Hi Anton, Since we can't investigate customer data on this forum, it would be best to open a case with Care
