I'm able to get the attributes of a conversation from /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}. But I also want to know where the attribute was added (e.g. flow name).
If I'm not able to get that through the historical queries, I thought I could get it with real-time notifications. But what topic would I listen to for? I can't seem to find what I'm looking for in Available topics (genesys.cloud)

Nothing natively will tell you that because nothing natively tracks that. If you want to know it you have to create a mechanism to track it yourself.

I was seeing flow notifications. I was thinking perhaps there were notifications that would be fired off when attributes are set. I guess not...

Too granular. You can see every time a conversation passes through a flow, but not what it did in that flow since they expect you to know what that flow did or to log it yourself somehow.

Understood. It's just that back in the day with Engage, we could get events for practically anything, including attached data. I guess that has been downgraded with Cloud since it's expensive.

Genesys Cloud often feels less an evolution of Engage than them having started over from scratch with a different starting point.
