Thanks Robert, the problem with this method is that it does not correspond to the Message conversation count you are billed for, as interactions could include more than one "conversation" count on the interaction, and this makes it hard to quantify correctly.
Think I will log an Idea for a conversation count per Message Platform Integration.

The best way is to use the Interactions View and filter on the Messaging Type, export to excel and count.

As far as we can find, it is not possible to have a conversation count per Message Platform integration.
Example: 3 Facebook integrations, get a conversation count of each integration and not combined for the whole Org.
Is this possible in anyway that we could have missed?
Customer Use Case: Allow for Message billing to be split per integration or division so as to be able to bill units for message utilization.
This feels like an idea needs to be logged.
