Generally you wanna use the agents participant information, although you can set wrap-up information on other participants.
When looking at api/v2/conversations/{conversationId} then sessionId is used for communcationId.

Because the client has developed their own CRM system, they want to automatically add wrapup when using the Embeddable Framework, allowing incoming calls to connect. Currently, when using the api/v2/conversations/{CONVERSATION_ID}, different call scenarios cause incorrect communicationId identification, resulting in failed wrapup. Are there any other ways to find the correct participantId and communicationId?
