Hi,
I'm lead to believe that the conversation detail's query interval is based on the conversation start time. I've been running some query's searching for a conversation that started a week back (it's an email trail) and was actively being worked on today and I couldn't find it in today's interval.
Is there a way to specify the interval to be based on the segmentstart or segmentEnd rather than conversationStart?
Changing the order by doesn't seem to make a difference.
I'm using the developer tools.

The results will contain conversations that meet your filter criteria and have any events within the specified interval. Its not solely based on start/end time.
