Our database team need to increment a column that will log when the Customer disconnects the call from our agents. We are utilizing Triggers to run a Workflow based on when this Data Action is ran but they need the value produced to be in Milliseconds format. I know the GetCurrentDateTimeUtc produces a format such as 2024-08-20T20:30:13.412Z. Tried to mess with dateToMilliseconds in the flow found from (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/additional-functions-to-use-in-dynamic-variables/#:~:text=formatDuration(duration),into%20a%20human%2Dreadable%20format.) but can't seem to get a sendable format. Any help would be appreciated or if I need to implement some math to make a functional result. Thanks!
