Hello all,
While working on our Genesys Cloud webchat 2.0 widget application and launching at a client site, we started getting this error "Access to font https://apps.mypurecloud.com/webfonts/fonts/roboto-v29-latin-regular.woff2 from origin 'https://mysite.com' has been blocked by CORS policy. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
For this issue, what do we need to change to allow this CORS error to be resolved? Do we need to update a .htaccess file on 'mysite.com' or do we need to allow something else? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate the CORS error.
