Can someone provide some basic guidance on the best method to create 2 new contact lists from an existing contact list?
Here is our use case:
Existing contact list contains all Collections accounts we want to dial each day
Due to the 1 campaign per contact list limitation, we want to split the Collection account contact list by Days Past Due.
End state would be 1 contact list with accounts from 1-30DPD; 2nd contact list would be all accounts > 30 DPD.
We hope we can do this inside Genesys instead of asking our Dev team to create new contact list uploads or for my Dialer Admin team to manually upload 2 new lists.
I am hoping there is a solution to apply a filter to the current Collection contact list and the create the 2 new lists from it.
Any and all suggestions are welcome!
