    I am trying to Create an Email Interaction using the developer API "INBOUND". I have been able to successfully do "OUTBOUND" through PureCloud Email , but Inbound keeps throwing the 400 error. The other challenge is the Bearer Token - How can some external middleware solution like MuleSoft trigger a create email interaction to Genesys Cloud using this API. Any suggestions on how to go about that? Can anyone share a sample of a successful Inbound Create Email Interaction using the API -
