    I am using the API to create a call. The call is initiated as proven by <img src="//inin-prod-use1-developerforum.s3.amazonaws.com/original/1X/8c44c9c0de73fb7f72012b74f4920b670fd86381.jpg" width="610" height="325">

    This is the same issue as the below forum post. "https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/create-call-conversation-fails/121"

    Has a solution or work around been found for this issue. We do not have the option for physical phones.

    Can "Placing calls with another app?" be toggled using the API or set to on based on the user? It would be nice if they did not need to toggle this switch every time the log on.

    Unfortunately, that wasn't a feature in the release. I believe it's on the list of enhancements though.
