    Hi, there is an endpoint for creating calls, but how could I create a call to a contact in a contactlist with this?

    To dial calls from a contact list, configure an outbound dialing campaign. If you're looking for manual dialing without PureCloud's outbound solution, that is unrelated to PureCloud contact lists. Simply place manual outbound calls to any numbers you like.

    It's not unrelated though. I have a contact in the contactlist. I want to make a call to that contact, with the connected contact, campaign and script.

    Campaign is already made. But there is no way to do b2b calls on purecloud by default.

    Agents can't look at their own callbacks, Can't call a contact back whenever they please, using a regular scheduled callback might end up at some other agent.

    If we cant create a conversation with a contact, is a possible solution to create a callback set to datetime now? If the agent is online that should then directly pop up on the screen?

    Am i right if i say that purecloud is not really made to be a standalone app for outbound b2b/b2c. But as an integration to make calls from existing crm's.

    Campaign is already made. But there is no way to do b2b calls on purecloud by default.

    You can place manual outbound calls via POST /api/v2/conversations/calls or use the outbound solution to have them dialed automatically (or preview campaigns).

    See above about placing manual outbound calls. That can be done at any time.

    You can create an unscheduled callback and it will be routed immediately to the next available agent. If you set a script (when creating the callback or on the queue), the script will be loaded for the agent.

    It's not currently possible to target a specific agent. There is work planned to support this; I've added your request to the feature.

    PureCloud is designed to be a standalone app and place calls both manually and automatically using the outbound solution. PureCloud is also a platform to enable you to build integrations to your CRM if you choose.
