Is there a way to create a new section (like screenshot below) in the user profile using APIs? I am trying to add new elements to the profile of a user in a new section that we would be creating. When going in edit mode, I see that I can add a few (and also have a weird one called person_agent which makes me believe there is somehow an api to add new ones).

Unfortunately, this functionality is not public. Its release is being tracked as CORE-6697, but it not currently scheduled for work. I have added your request to the issue.
