Hi. I'm using the .NET API. I create a user via PostUsers() and then I go into the Genesys Cloud environment and manually delete the user since I'm currently doing testing and need to retest. When I do the retest and go to add that user in again PostUsers() fails with a 400 bad request saying there is a duplicate value for the email. But if I go into the
Genesys Cloud environment and attempt to add that user in manually I get the following message

Is there a way programatically that I can restore/add this user if they were previously deleted from the system?
