  • 1.  Creating dynamic carousels (chat) based on Google Dialogflow CX

    Hi,

    we run into a problem: We want to create carouels, described here:

    Work with carousels in bot conversations - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    to be filled by dynamic content from a database. For example 2, 3 or 5 cards, products based on stock availablility etc.

    We use the Google Dialogflow CX integration for digital bot flows. We managed to put variables e.g. for the link or the button text into to JSON structure but didn't find a way to use fully (webhook/DB) dynamic generated content into the custom payload.

    Any idea? The goall  is to feed the carousel by a shopping system. Depending on the DB result, different numbers of carousels/cards with different content should be shown.

    I am going to move this thread to the Genesys Cloud Developer Community.  I believe the experts there will be better placed to help you with utilizing the webhook/DB for the custom payload.
