Hi,
When we create a flow via the API /api/v2/flows, the flow is not generated in a usable state - if you attempt to edit it in the Cloud UI, we get a message that it has no flow configuration, and our only options are to delete or re-create it.
Looking at the functionality of the flow creation UI, there is a validate flow endpoint which appears to be called, but doesn't appear to be documented in the SDK. Are we required to call this endpoint for a valid flow to be generated, and if so, can the documentation for it be added?

There are flow APIs that are not public. You can request that they may be made public and share your use case at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
The preferred way to work with flows is the Flow Scripting SDK: https://mypurecloud.github.io/purecloud-flow-scripting-api-sdk-javascript/
