    Hello,

    I have another question, is it possible for the CRM to automatically open in Focus Mode on a large screen after an incoming call? From what I've seen, everywhere it says that it`s impossible, but maybe someone has experience with opening directly in Focus Mode.

    Hi Beka,

    It doesn't look like it is possible currently and Agents have to select Focus Mode manually: Activate focus mode

    Maybe others in the community can give feedback on if they have found a way to automate this.
