Hi! Does anyone know if its possible to add an embedded link/app/webpage within the salesforce embedded client? In the web version of Genesys you can create your own app and embed it- however when switching to the salesforce version I don't see that same app. Is there a way to add it or is this only a functionality of the standard genesys application?
