    Today Custom Client Applications has gone Generally Available (GA)!  Using this feature customers can embed web applications in the main PureCloud window or in the side panel window. This feature will serve as a foundational capability that demonstrates PureCloud as a true cloud contact center platform.  The PureCloud Product Management team are already in advanced discussions with several app vendors to build embedded and streamlined experiences of their applications inside PureCloud. A HUGE shout out to @Justin Ray? , well done!

    @Stefano Pucci? - Any web app can be embedded. Please be aware the CRM web app will need to allow itself to be 'i-framed' inside another web application. For instance google.com and salesforce.com won't allow themselves to be embedded. Does this help?

    @Stefano Pucci? - From a networking / firewall perspective the page needs to be able to load from wherever you load it from. There are no specific requirements from a PureCloud perspective. PureCloud will only attempt to load the applications in an i-frame.
