  • 1.  Custom Field / Chat Routing

    Hello everyone.

    In the Web Chat we have a custom field with a drop down menu, the customer is able to select the department they want to talk.

    I'm trying to route this chat for the selected department, but i don't know wich variable / value is coming into inbound chat flow.

    Can anyone help me with that?

    Hi Harisson,

    You can use the GetParticipantData step and the attribute name would be:

    context.customField1
