    Hello Everyone,

    I am using SIP Phone in Genesys Cloud. Some times Customer does not Hear the Agent Voice Properly even low call volume. Please anyone can assist and give me the solution for this.

    My first recommendation for you... revise Webrtc test and network ports firewall.
