Wondering the Web Popup that will be launched by Agent tool upon routing the call, provide any extra meta data (or Request parameter) to the Popup (here Customer Profile in our homegrown CRM) url (like the internal conversation id, etc.)? We have a requirement to identify the member whose profile was selected by PureCloud/Agent tool and whom it was assigned to (This is for our Coach/Member interaction history).
If the caller id matches exactly one member in the system, there are no issues (From the caller id i can do a Customer match). If there are multiple matches and no match, then we have an issue.
