    All,

    We have a requirement where we need to build an IVR for the survey and need to capture customer input for few of the questions in the form of voice and convert it into wav file and store it into database..

    Please let me know how to achieve this !

    We tried the same thing, but the API just doesn't have what you need.  We used Twiio for this in the end.  I have suggestions in to product management to allow for this, but nothing on the roadmap.  Closest you can come is to store values in a database and record comments as a voicemail.
