No, but there is a QM manager and evaluator in the Performance Menu. Also, there is an inbox for evaluations for the agent and evaluators. I believe the inbox remembers the tab you last were on, so if there is a red dot on the inbox, just click there and if you were on the evaluations tab, it should return to that tab.
