    Hi,

    We are trying to make some line brakes on content offer body : is it possible ?
    in this example (see image below), is it possible to have :

    "Book now and add discount code 123456
    at checkout to save 10%"

    instead of one line : "Book now and add discount code 123456 at checkout to save 10% "

    Hello Jean-Christophe, 

     

    Currently there is no way to do this. I have tried playing with this before. But even adding spaces still doesn't get the correct behavior. I would open an idea in our idea's portal here: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas to better improve our action library text formatting. 

     

    Please let me know when you do this so I can go ahead and vote for it as well.
