Hi,
I want to know if possible to customize the warnings in Dashboard for given threshold of waiting calls.
For example, if the customer define that the treshold is 10 waiting calls, then we want to see warning like this:
Green color if 50 % of calls (5 calls) in Treshold.
Orange between 50% and 80% of treshold.
Red for 100% and more of treshold (for example more than 10 calls).
Is this possible in Geneys Cloud Dashbord.
