Is there any simple post/article/documentation about what kind of permissions do agents need for CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce, like minimum required ones for functionality to work.

I also used the permissions suggested by Genesys, but my user can do blind transfers on Voice Calls, but not Experiences (chats).
