    In CX Contact, in campaigns, where can one set up voice wildcards? I.e.  "Yeah", "Yea" and "Yep" and translate into "YES" response - NOT wildcards. How is this done?  any documentation on this setup?

    Use a Bot.  

    Fill a slot that is Yes and put all these synonyms as alternative words.
