  • 1.  CX/Call Center Management Training

    Hello all!  I have been operating in a call center role and managing the team for about 2 years now.  We have been very technical based but I'm looking to put a deeper emphasis on the CX portion and would like to take some formal training myself.  I'm curious as to what others have done for classes, certifications, seminars, etc?
