  • 1.  CXinsights-doesn't show dashboards

    Hello All,

    I have configured Cxinsights and the user has Core license and should be able to access all the dashboards based on the giving permission, however when I choose Real-time dashboard file, it says " the folder is empty " 
    So how I can fix that and what I'm missing here?

    Hi Eman,

    Try to give permission individually to all the dashboards under the access control permission. It will be selected as All but sometimes it will not work so you will require to check all the Analytics dashboards individually.
