    Hello Genesys Community,

    We've been utilizing a TV in our office to display our dashboard for easy monitoring. However, we've encountered an issue where the account associated with the dashboard keeps logging out intermittently.

    We're exploring options to ensure that the dashboard remains visible without the need for manual sign-ins every morning. Is there a method or setting within Genesys that allows us to designate a specific account to remain permanently signed in?

    Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    If you have SSO, then this would be controlled by our group policy.  If you have Email/Password, I would suggest you get a plug-in that refreshes the web page every 5 minutes to keep the session alive on the Genesys side.  That should allow you to keep it up all the time without continual log ins.
