    It appears a few user are seeing this error message. They can see a lot of the data on their dashboard but why would the dashboard show they still don't have permission to see some of the data. It appears Quality Administrator and Supervisor role isn't enough to clear this message. Any recommended roles to assign that are not admin roles?

    Edit: It looks the message cleared up after the user save the dashboard again. Does anyone know if this can be caused by a caching issue with the dashboard where its doesn't save correctly at times?

    Hi Jason, 

    This message will appear if you don't have access to view any of the entities within the dashboard as well; for example if there's a user, queue, etc. that's in a division for which you don't have access granted to view, it'll be filtered out, and you'll see that message.
