Hi community.
Im getting an error when use a data action (webservice data action) in a call rule set.
The data action works fine in a inbound flow, and i already make a lot of tests in the data action ui.
All the records in the calling list are beign wrapped with ININ-OUTBOUND-RULE-ERROR-SKIPPED and in the outbound > event viewer i see this:
Could not process the rule "XXXXXX" in rule set "YYYYYYYYYY" for campaign "ZZZZZZ" because an error occurred while executing data action "TTTTT".
Also in the logs of the external api configured in the data action cant see any request
Is there some configuration needed specifically for this to work with outbound campaigns?

If you haven't already, you could open up a support ticket to help you troubleshoot this issue. Based on your description, I would look to see if your URL template is using any variables, since something going wrong there could prevent your request from making it to your endpoint. Any other suggestions would require us seeing as much of your configuration as possible. If that is really sensitive then support is the way to go.
